I'm a Licensed Physical Therapist in California with more than four years of experience helping adults move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities that matter most to them. My clinical background spans orthopedics and long-term inpatient care, giving me hands-on experience with a wide range of conditions — including pelvic health, post-surgical recovery, orthopedic injuries, and the functional changes that can come with aging. I believe great physical therapy starts with truly listening. After a thorough evaluation, I build a care plan around your specific goals — not a one-size-fits-all program. I draw on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to help restore movement, reduce pain, and rebuild your confidence. I also take time to explain what's happening and why, because understanding your own recovery is a powerful part of the healing process. Whether you're bouncing back from surgery, managing pelvic pain or incontinence, going through pregnancy or postpartum changes, rehabbing an injury, or working to stay strong and independent as you get older — I'm here to support you every step of the way.
