Sobre Mí
Hi, I'm Jannis! I'm a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA. I've had the privilege of working with children and adults across a wide range of settings — from elementary schools and teletherapy platforms to senior living communities and autism centers. My experience covers articulation, apraxia, language delays, autism spectrum disorder, fluency, voice, feeding difficulties, AAC, and cognitive-linguistic disorders. I've worked with little ones just finding their voices and with adults navigating communication challenges later in life. No matter the age or goal, I believe every person deserves therapy that feels personal and encouraging. I'm trained in the SPEAK OUT! program for Parkinson's disease and in Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile (MBSImP) for swallowing assessments. I've also had the unique experience of creating speech and language screenings for students abroad in Zambia, which deepened my ability to connect with diverse communities. Whether we meet in person or through teletherapy, my goal is always the same: to help you or your child communicate with confidence and joy.
Por Qué los Clientes Disfrutan Trabajar Conmigo
Clients and families often tell me they appreciate how I tailor each session to the individual. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I take time to understand each person's unique strengths and challenges, and I build therapy around real-life goals that matter to them. I bring energy and creativity to every session, and I genuinely celebrate every step forward — big or small. I also make it a priority to work closely with families, teachers, and other care team members so progress carries over beyond our sessions together.
