I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for helping people move better and live fuller lives. My work spans pediatric home health, early intervention, and inpatient rehabilitation, which means I have had the privilege of supporting patients at many different stages of life and recovery. With young children, I focus on family-centered care — working closely with parents and caregivers so that progress continues well beyond our sessions together. With adult patients recovering from complex medical conditions, I build treatment plans aimed at restoring as much independence as possible, with a clear goal of getting people home safely. I believe therapy works best when patients feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported. I take time to understand each person's daily life, their goals, and what matters most to them. My background in neuroscience keeps me curious and grounded in evidence-based approaches, and my experience as a clinical educator means I am always thinking about the "why" behind every technique I use. Whether you are a toddler taking your first steps or an adult rebuilding strength after a hospital stay, I am here to walk that journey with you.
