I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over seven years of clinical experience working across a wide range of settings, including acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and home health. My career has taken me across the country, giving me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and build a broad clinical skill set along the way. My passion lies in helping people communicate and eat safely. I specialize in evaluating and treating swallowing difficulties, which can be a frightening experience for patients and families. I take pride in creating a calm, supportive environment where patients feel heard and cared for. I also work with adults recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and other conditions that affect language, memory, and thinking. Early in my career, I also worked with children in outpatient, school, and home health settings, helping kids reach important communication milestones. I believe that every patient deserves personalized, compassionate care, and I work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare team members to make sure that care extends beyond our sessions together.
