I am a bilingual speech-language pathologist with more than five years of clinical experience working with children, teens, and adults across a wide range of settings — from teletherapy and private practice to skilled nursing facilities and memory care. I hold the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and am licensed in Virginia and Washington, D.C. My clinical work spans many areas, including dysphagia, aphasia, voice disorders, fluency, cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation, and augmentative communication. I am LSVT LOUD certified, which means I have specialized training to help people with Parkinson's disease improve their voice strength and clarity. I am also experienced in providing bilingual services in Spanish, which allows me to connect more meaningfully with Spanish-speaking clients and their families. I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable, heard, and involved in their own progress. Whether I am working with a child learning to communicate or an adult recovering from a stroke, my goal is always to help each person reach their highest level of function and confidence. I take time to understand each individual's needs and build a treatment plan that fits their life.
