I am an occupational and hand therapist with over seven years of experience helping people recover from upper extremity injuries and conditions. My journey in hand therapy began right out of graduate school, and I have spent my career building deep, specialized skills in this area — from treating shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions in outpatient clinics to completing a competitive fellowship at one of the nation's top orthopedic hospitals. That fellowship gave me the opportunity to work side by side with certified hand therapists and hand surgeons, observe surgical procedures, and develop a more complete understanding of how to protect healing tissue and help patients recover as fully as possible. I believe that every patient deserves a treatment plan that fits their life, their goals, and their unique needs. Whether I am fabricating a custom orthotic, guiding someone through a home exercise program, or helping a client return to work after an injury, I focus on building trust and making sure my patients feel heard and supported every step of the way. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, which allows me to connect meaningfully with a broader range of patients and families.

Patients often tell me they appreciate that I take the time to truly listen and explain things in a way that makes sense. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I work hard to understand what matters most to each person — whether that is getting back to a favorite hobby, returning to work, or simply managing daily tasks with less pain. My training at a world-class orthopedic center, combined with years of hands-on clinical experience, means I bring both deep expertise and genuine care to every session. I offer sessions in English and Spanish and am committed to making every patient feel comfortable and confident in their recovery.
