Amit Dhir is a seasoned entrepreneur with decades of experience founding, scaling, and exiting digital services companies. His vision and leadership have made a lasting impact in healthcare technology and fintech, where his passion for innovation and drive for excellence continue to fuel his success.

As Chief Executive Officer of All Care Therapies, Amit leads a rapidly growing telehealth company with a presence across multiple states. Under his leadership, All Care Therapies has achieved consistent year-over-year growth, driven by his mission to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused teletherapy services. By reducing geographic and financial barriers, he is advancing access to care for patients and families.

Before founding All Care Therapies, Amit launched and served as Chief Executive Officer of a pioneering SaaS-based practice management software company serving the ABA therapy sector. Under his leadership, the company grew to become the third-largest provider in the industry before being acquired by a leading private equity firm.

Beyond his leadership roles, Amit is an active investor in technology startups and real estate ventures. He also founded City Scape, which manages a successful mortgage debt fund supporting fix-and-flip investors.

Together with his spouse, Amit is dedicated to philanthropy through their nonprofit foundation, Empower Up, which advances financial literacy for women and promotes children’s health. He resides in Cerritos with his family, where they remain actively engaged in their community, enjoy the outdoors, and share a love of travel.

Richard Yee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Richard is a licensed physical therapist by profession and has developed a robust expertise in orthopedic physical therapy, sports performance, and athletic training. Currently serving as the Vice President of Growth, Richard has expanded his focus toward enhancing access to vital healthcare services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. His dedication to improving equity in healthcare continues to drive his passion for making a positive impact in the lives of patients. With an eye on the future, Richard remains committed to advancing innovation and growth in the healthcare industry.

Neel Arora brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare strategy, finance, and operations to his role as Chief Financial Officer at All Care Therapies. He has held senior leadership positions with organizations including ZS Associates, Amgen, Apria Healthcare, and NextCare, with over 12 years dedicated to private equity–owned healthcare companies.

Throughout his career, Neel has led strategic initiatives that drive growth, strengthen financial performance, and improve operational efficiency. His leadership expertise positions ACT for long-term success as we expand access to patient-centered therapy services across communities.

Neel holds degrees from UCLA, Stanford, and IIT Mumbai.

Chris Bird brings decades of leadership experience across healthcare services, operations, and private equity–backed organizations. He has served in senior executive roles at EHE Health, Reliant Rehabilitation, FastMed Urgent Care, Tenet Healthcare, ReachOut Healthcare America, RehabCare/Kindred Healthcare, and DaVita, where he successfully led restructuring, growth, and acquisition strategies.

With a background spanning preventive health, therapy services, urgent care, and hospital operations, Chris has guided organizations serving patients nationwide. He began his career in healthcare consulting with Deloitte, A.T. Kearney, and KPMG, and holds degrees from Colorado State University, Columbia University, Harvard University, and the University of Southern California.

With over 25 years of experience as a chief technology officer, Lloyd is passionate about creating and delivering innovative and scalable SaaS and mobile healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes, enhance provider efficiency, and reduce costs. Lloyd has a proven track record of transforming and leading high-performing product and engineering teams, implementing best practices in cybersecurity and compliance, and driving product diversification and market penetration.

With over 15 years of HR leadership experience in the telehealth and healthcare sectors, Donna serves as the Head of People and Talent at All Care Therapies, an organization that connects clients with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services online. Donna is also a SHRM-SCP certified professional, underscoring my expertise in HR best practices and employment law

Jeris has for over fifteen years managed care claims processing, billing and contract negotiations with health plans, delegated medical groups, physician groups, hospitals and ASC’s. She is familiar with DOFR’s, capitation, FFS and Value Based Healthcare Delivery.

Drawing on more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, Chris is passionate about improving the quality of life for all people through health technology, innovation, and the delivery of quality care. His career has been dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes, with a strong focus on telemedicine and medical technology as tools to revolutionize healthcare delivery.
Chris leads nationwide marketing and sales efforts at All Care Therapies, guided by the belief that improving healthcare quality for patients and parents is a privilege. This mission drives his work, from fostering partnerships with healthcare providers and insurers to promoting the adoption of innovative teletherapy solutions.

Mara Felix M.S., BCBA brings extensive experience in clinical leadership and operational management to her role as Regional Director of Operations at All Care Therapies. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she has dedicated her career to improving patient outcomes while fostering supportive environments where clinicians can thrive.

Mara has a proven track record of enhancing care delivery, guiding teams, and driving growth across regions. Her expertise and commitment to excellence strengthen All Care Therapies’ mission to provide accessible, patient-centered therapy services to the communities we serve.
