Interested in Teletherapy?
Teletherapy is just as it sounds, Therapy provided remotely. All Care Therapies makes the process even easier for both clients and therapists, manage everything from your visit, to past notes, to rescheduling appointments.
Teletherapy is Revolutionizing Healthcare for the better.
Past are the days of waiting for an appointment in a crowded doctors office, with All Care Therapies we deliver Speech and Occupational Therapy, in your home, virtually.
Teletherapy provides the exact same care you would receive at an in-person clinic, virtually. That means you don't have to see a second doctor in person after your virtual visit to get an actual diagnosis! There are many reasons why Teletherapy is rapidly expanding in popularity.
- At your convenience, location, and time. Whether between your child school and after-school engagements, or if you are on the road, or at home, as long as you have a camera, microphone, and internet connection, you can get care at the time and place that works best for you.
- Teletherapy is clinically proven to be as effective as traditional care. The results speak for themselves, take a browse online to see what our past patients say about us.

How Teletherapy Works
Step 1: Login to your Patient Portal
From the patient portal you can join, reschedule, or cancel appointments, view information about your therapist, and much more.
Step 2: Attend your virtual visit
At the time of your appointment simply join the Virtual Therapy session. Your Therapist will guide you through exercises as part of your treatment plan.
Step 3: Results
When your treatment goals are met, your therapy is concluded. No need to come in person for any final checks or anything. If you had a good experience with us then let us know by leaving a positive review on Yelp or Google!
Example of a common Telehealth appointment
When you start teletherapy you will see a therapist as often as 1-3 times per week, just like a traditional in-person therapy schedule, depending on your personalized treatment plan and goals.
- Before your visit, move to a quiet area with a stable internet connection, and if needed, some open space.
- At the start of your appointment, your therapist may go over the exercises you learned in your past visit and check-in on your progress.
- You may learn some new exercises, continue practicing and improving your speech/occupational/physical therapy exercises, or your therapist may make changes to keep you on track to success.
- At the end of your visit, you may get some further recommendations, and the therapist may have a progress note/report card sent to you and your doctor to track your (or your child) progress.

What Makes TeleTherapy So Powerful?
Telehealth is proving to be a game-changer for physicians who want to expand their caseload, increase revenues, and make a difference in more people’s lives.
Just As Effective as In-Person Treatments
For primary school-age children with speech and language difficulties, SLP interventions delivered via real-time videoconferencing are shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person delivery.
More Accessible for More Patients
Whether in the office or at home, telehealth enables those who live in remote areas or with mobility issues to access life-changing therapies. All that’s needed is a videoconferencing device and a reliable internet connection.
It Can Be More Cost Effective
When you add up travel and childcare expenses, teletherapy can actually reduce the costs associated with in-person therapy. Not to mention, save your patients time.

Schedule Treatments Around Their Life
Our powerful online tools give patients more flexibility with scheduling. They just log on, find an available time, and schedule care that works with their calendar.
Telehealth Sessions are HIPAA Compliant
Teletherapy sessions through All Care Therapies are quiet, private, and completely HIPAA compliant, meaning your patients’ personal information and communications are always protected.
