How do I get paid?
You get paid every other week through direct deposit.
What is the interview process?
Once you submit your resume, it will be directly routed to our Talent Acquisition Team. Someone from our team will reach out to you to schedule a video interview. If appropriate, our SLP Manager will do a second round video interview. If you make it through the hiring process, then we will make an offer.
What training will I recieve?
You will receive 1:1 training with team leaders and members, have access to videos and tutorials, as well as additional support.
What support will I receive?
Your coordinator is there to support you as well as your manager. For issues related to certain technologies, 24/7 support will be provided.
What do I need to get started?
You must have access to a computer/laptop, webcam, headset, and high speed internet.
